Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Design Engineer located in Mumbai, India. The role involves designing and developing innovative machinery, creating detailed technical drawings using CAD software, and working closely with production teams to ensure seamless manufacturing and automation. The Machine Design Engineer will also optimize existing designs to improve efficiency, reliability, and functionality for a variety of industrial applications.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Machine Design and knowledge of designing complex mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles related to machinery and equipment design.
- Proficiency in Onshape (Cloud based 3D Tool For Designing) Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for drafting and modeling.
- Experience with machinery and automation systems, including operation and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address mechanical design challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in industrial machinery design or similar fields is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design projects effectively.
