Job Description
You will build and maintain financial analyses, support transaction execution, and contribute to client materials used in live deals. You will also help assess risk, ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy, judgement, and professionalism.\n\nThis role suits someone who is analytically rigorous, commercially aware, and motivated by working at pace on high-stakes transactions. You will be expected to take ownership of your work, communicate clearly with colleagues and clients, and contribute meaningfully to deal delivery in a demanding, regulated environment.\n\nResponsibilities\nSupport the execution of investment banking transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates\nBuild and maintain detailed financial models and analyses to evaluate transactions and strategic options\nPrepare client-facing materials, including pitch decks, information memoranda, and transaction documentation\nConduct company, industry, and market research to support deal origination and execution\nAssist senior bankers in coordinating transaction workstreams and managing timelines\nSupport due diligence processes, including data analysis and coordination with internal and external stakeholders\nContribute to client development activities through research, analysis, and preparation of marketing materials\nAssess transaction-related risks and support adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements\nMaintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and confidentiality across all work\nWork effectively with colleagues across banking, markets, legal, risk, and compliance teams\n\nThis role is about supporting the execution of complex investment banking transactions and helping clients make informed strategic and capital decisions.\n\nYou can absorb detailed financial and commercial information quickly, analyse companies, transactions, and market conditions with rigour, and form clear, well-reasoned conclusions.
You approach problems with structure and discipline, and you are comfortable working under pressure as deals progress and priorities evolve.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nGraduate – Analyst\nBachelor’s degree ideally in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Your salary will be paid in Indian Rupees and bonus in USD\nBonus program of on-target bonus of 50% of base salary and up to 125% for high-achievers\nRelocation is provided by the company.
