Project Planning:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.\nUtilize Gantt Charts to visualize project schedules and dependencies.\n\nRisk Management:\nConduct risk assessments to identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.\nProactively address issues and challenges that may arise during project execution.\nImplement contingency plans to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.\n\nCommunication and Collaboration:\nServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and milestones.\nCommunication and collaboration among team members to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making.\nConduct regular meetings and status reviews to ensure alignment and accountability.\n\nQuality Assurance:\nEstablish quality standards and performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes.\nMonitor adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nImplement corrective actions as necessary to address deviations and maintain quality control.\n\nBudget Management:\nDevelop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to optimize project profitability.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:\nBachelor's degree in project management, Civil, Architecture or related field.\nProven experience managing projects in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry or related field.\nProficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Gantt Charts and project management software.\nTeam-building skills, with the ability to motivate and empower cross-functional teams.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.\nExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence.
