Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Training & Quality Manager to support our GenAI/LLM Practice by integrating Project Management methodology into our Total Quality Management (TQM) framework.\n\nThis role will work closely with Global Delivery and TQM leadership to design, deploy, and govern training and quality strategies across multiple projects and locations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nIntegrate structured Project Management practices into TQM frameworks during project scoping and initiation\nLead end-to-end training lifecycle management (design, development, delivery, certification, re-certification)\nEstablish and govern quality measurement and quality assurance methodologies\nDrive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), audit readiness, KPI recovery, and threshold stabilization strategies\nBuild and maintain structured dashboards, early-warning systems, and performance reporting frameworks\nOversee calibration mechanisms and closed-loop feedback between QA and Training\nEnsure consistent implementation of client policies and process standards across locations\nCollaborate with Analytics and Workforce teams to align assessment performance with project outcomes\nDevelop and maintain training repositories and documentation for audit compliance\nMentor and coach TQM leaders, fostering accountability and performance ownership\nSupport large-scale ramp-ups while maintaining precision, quality, and operational stability\n\nQualifications:\n3+ years of Operations/Project Management experience (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred)\n3+ years of Training and Quality Management experience in AI, Data Annotation, or BPO environments\nExperience managing quality governance in large-scale operations (1000+ FTE preferred)\nStrong expertise in audit frameworks, precision improvement, AHT optimization, and structured governance cadence\nAdvanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Index Match, dashboards, data visualization, text functions)\nStrong stakeholder management and client-facing experience\nDemonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams (OMs, QAMs, TMs)\nAdvanced degree in English (Master’s/Ph.D. preferred; exceptional Bachelor’s candidates may apply)\n\nThis position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across global programs.
