Supply Chain Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to own the operational backbone of Meolaa's brand portfolio. You will manage everything from vendor relationships and procurement to inventory planning and last-mile coordination. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Own
Procurement & Vendor Management
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across packaging, raw materials, and contract manufacturing
Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and payment terms to optimise cost and quality
Build and maintain a reliable vendor base with backups for every critical input
Conduct regular vendor evaluations and drive continuous improvement on quality and turnaround
Inventory & Demand Planning
Own inventory planning across SKUs and brands ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time
Work closely with brand and sales teams to build demand forecasts and translate them into procurement plans
Monitor stock levels, flag risks early, and prevent both stockouts and overstock situations
Manage inventory across warehouses, 3PL partners, and marketplace fulfilment centres
Operations & Fulfilment
Coordinate with 3PL partners and logistics vendors to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfilment
Own SLA tracking across fulfilment channels D2C, marketplace, and B2B
Resolve operational issues delays, damages, returns, and discrepancies quickly and cleanly
Drive process improvements across the supply chain to reduce cost, time, and error
New Product Launches
Support end-to-end supply chain setup for new brand and product launches
Coordinate across packaging, manufacturing, quality, and logistics to hit launch timelines
Build launch readiness checklists and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Data & Reporting
Own supply chain dashboards fill rates, lead times, inventory turns, and cost metrics
Identify inefficiencies and build cases for process or vendor changes
Report regularly to leadership with clear visibility on supply chain health
Who You Are
3–6 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or procurement preferably in D2C, FMCG, or consumer goods
Has managed vendors and 3PL partners hands-on not just coordinated
Strong in planning and forecasting comfortable working with data and building simple models
Detail-oriented with high follow-through supply chain is unforgiving of dropped balls
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where processes are still being built
Prior experience in beauty, personal care, fragrance, or lifestyle categories is a plus
Familiarity with inventory management tools or ERP systems is an advantage
