Role Overview\n\nEMPOR Marcom is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support B2B demand generation and inside sales activities for our clients, primarily within the software development and technology services space.\n\nThis role involves generating qualified business leads, identifying potential prospects, and initiating outreach campaigns on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on software or IT lead generation projects and possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nYou will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive lead generation campaigns, build prospect pipelines, and support business growth initiatives across global markets.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute B2B demand generation and inside sales activities for software development and technology clients\nResearch and identify potential target accounts, decision-makers, and business opportunities\nGenerate qualified leads through outbound outreach including emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, and database-driven campaigns\nUnderstand client requirements and align demand generation strategies accordingly\nBuild and maintain prospect databases and sales pipelines\nSchedule introductory meetings and discovery call for client sales teams\nCoordinate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and delivery\nMaintain accurate tracking of outreach activities, responses, and lead status within CRM systems\nSupport account-based marketing and outbound prospecting initiatives\nConsistently achieve lead generation and outreach targets\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, lead generation, inside sales, or related roles\nPrior experience working on software development, IT services, or technology demand generation projects\nStrong understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification processes\nA strong demand generation professional should not only focus on generating volume but also possess the ability to identify genuine business opportunities through proper BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nComfortable with outbound outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn-based prospecting\nExperience using CRM tools, lead databases, and sales engagement platforms is preferred\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment\nCandidates based in Delhi NCR will be preferred
