About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for one of our product. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, customer acquisition, adoption, conversion and business growth while leading a team of marketers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall marketing strategy, roadmap, and execution across user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and product adoptio
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives that drive sustainable increases in users, product usage, and revenue
  • Build scalable acquisition channels across SEO, content, social media, paid marketing, influencer partnerships, communities, affiliates, and emerging platform
  • Partner closely with Product teams to improve onboarding experiences, user journeys, activation rates, feature adoption, and customer retention
  • Design and optimize product-led growth (PLG) and virality mechanisms that encourage sharing, referrals, collaboration, and organic user growth.
  • Lead product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launch execution for new products, features, and platform update
  • Build a strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, competitor movements, and user needs to inform marketing and product decisions
  • Use data and experimentation to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Drive brand awareness and category leadership through integrated campaigns, thought leadership, PR, media outreach, and strategic partnership
  • Develop and scale video-first content strategies across YouTube, webinars, social platforms, creator communities, and other high-impact channels
  • Establish measurement frameworks, growth dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and marketing ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and product priorities
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across Growth, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Performance Marketing
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the marketing organization
  • Evaluate and leverage modern marketing technologies, AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics solutions to improve team productivity and business outcome


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience leading Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Integrated Marketing functions within a SaaS, technology, or internet company.
  • Proven track record of driving user growth, engagement, retention, and product adoption for global products.
  • Strong experience in product launches, go-to-market strategy, feature launches, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep understanding of growth frameworks, customer acquisition strategies, conversion optimization, and retention marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Botify, and similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
  • Experience building and scaling content engines across video, social, community, webinars, and creator-led channels.
  • Strong understanding of modern SEO, content marketing, organic growth, and performance marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing multi-channel acquisition programs including organic, paid, influencer, partnership, and referral channels.
  • Excellent product storytelling, positioning, messaging, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to customers, partners, leadership teams, and large audiences through webinars, demos, and events.
  • Demonstrated success in building, managing, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of branding, customer experience, and market positioning.
  • Highly execution-oriented with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on delivery.
  • Curious, adaptable, and passionate about experimenting with new tools, technologies, and growth opportunities.
  • Experience in video technology, creator economy, content platforms, AI products, or PLG businesses will be a strong advantage.
