Job Description

Key Responsibilities:\nPartner Marketing Strategy and GTM Execution\nOwn and drive marketing strategy and execution for Tech OEM partnerships, aligned to business growth priorities.\nDevelop and execute joint GTM plans, campaigns and initiatives with partners to accelerate solution adoption and pipeline growth.\nEnsure GTM readiness across messaging, assets, campaigns and field enablement.\n\nEcosystem and Stakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with Tech OEM partners, alliance teams, business leaders and sales stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes\nBuild and manage strong executive-level partner relationships to drive co-marketing opportunities and investments\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, field marketing, analyst relations and corporate communications\n\nContent and Campaign Development\nLead the development of high-quality, compelling content across channels like blogs, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, videos and more.\nTranslate complex technology offerings into clear, differentiated messaging and narrative\nEnsure seamless integration of content and design, creating visually engaging and impactful marketing asset.\n\nIntegrated Marketing\nDrive integrated campaigns spanning internal enablement and external market activity\nSupport events, partner activations, roundtables and industry engagements to enhance visibility and engagement.\nManage marketing funds (MDF) and ensure optimal utilization aligned to business outcomes.\n\nPerformance and Insights\nTrack and analyze campaign performance, ROI and pipeline.\nLeverage insights to optimize campaigns, messaging and GTM strategies\nProvide data-driven recommendations to improve partner marketing effectiveness and investment decision\n\nMarket and Ecosystem Intelligence\nStay updated on industry trends across Cloud, Data, AI and emerging technologies.\nMonitor competitive landscape and partner ecosystem dynamics to refine positioning and strategy.\n\nTeam Leadership\nMentor and manage a small, high-performing team, fostering innovation and accountability.\nDrive a culture of collaboration, creativity and results orientation.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or ecosystem marketing within IT services, cloud, or enterprise technology.\nStrong understanding of Cloud, Data, AI, and enterprise technology ecosystems, including Tech OEM and hyperscale partnerships.\nProven experience in GTM strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder management.\nExperience working with partners/alliances and managing co-marketing initiatives and budgets.\nExcellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-backed decisions.\nExperience managing agencies and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.\n\nKeywords\nStrategic thinking and GTM Planning\nPartner and stakeholder management\nContent marketing and storytelling\nCampaign management and execution\nData analysis and performance optimization\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nProject management and organizational excellence
