We seek a candidate who thrives in analysis, strategic execution, and collaborative problem-solving.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nClosely working with founders on high-impact business planning, operational process development, SOP implementation, and fundraising initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain SOPs for streamlined operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.\nIdentify and implement essential tools, resources, and processes to drive projects with well-defined KPIs and metrics.\nCreate and manage annual operating plans along with long-term financial models.\nLead efforts to secure funding for the company’s current and future needs, including overseeing financial planning and preparing for capital rounds.\nMonitor operational metrics, prepare business analyses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.\nConduct in-depth analysis to identify issues, opportunities, and actionable insights for company growth.\nWork closely with the founders to develop and execute strategies aligned with the company’s vision.\n\nRequirements:\n5 to 10 years in roles such as CEO’s office, or similar high-level strategic and operational positions.\nMBA (Finance/Strategy) from a top-tier institute.\nDemonstrated ownership mentality: proactive in identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities.\nExceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with a keen eye for detail.\nCollaborative team player, with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.\nResults-driven, with the ability to lead teams, negotiate effectively, and maintain a high degree of accountability.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting.\nFamiliarity with the startup ecosystem is an added advantage.
