Job Description – Head of Information Technology & Digitization (IT Head)\nLocation: Mumbai\nRole Overview\nQualityKiosk is seeking a forward-looking Head of Digital Technology & Transformation to lead enterprise IT, cloud modernization, AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.\nThe role will focus on building scalable, resilient, and digitally enabled technology operations that enhance efficiency, innovation, and business agility.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and drive the organization’s digital technology roadmap\nLead enterprise IT operations across cloud, infrastructure, networks, workplace technology, and enterprise platforms\nDrive digitization, automation, self-service, and operational modernization initiatives\nEvaluate and implement AI / Generative AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency\nEnsure resilient IT operations through governance, backup/DR, and operational risk practices\nBuild dashboards, monitoring platforms, and workflow automation capabilities\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to enable technology-led transformation\nLead and mentor cross-functional technology teams\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong experience in enterprise IT, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives\nExposure to AI tools, automation platforms, and modern workplace technologies\nKnowledge of IT governance, operational resilience, backup/DR, and enterprise platforms\nStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities\nDesired Qualities\nSelf-driven with strong ownership and accountability\nAbility to independently drive initiatives from strategy to execution\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills\nAgile and adaptable in fast-paced environments\nExperience & Qualification\n10–12 years of experience in enterprise IT / digital transformation roles\nExposure to AWS/Azure/VMware, ITIL/ISMS, and automation platforms preferred\nAI / Generative AI certifications will be an added advantage\nExperience in BFSI / enterprise environments preferred\nBachelor’s degree in engineering / IT / Computer Science or related field
