The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in cyber security along with excellent stakeholder management skills. This role requires someone who can effectively engage with clients, technology partners, and internal teams while driving cyber security initiatives and delivering business value.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCyber Security & Technical Responsibilities\nAssess, design, and implement cyber security solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.\nConduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.\nMonitor security incidents, analyze threats, and recommend remediation strategies.\nDevelop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.\nSupport security compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, or similar frameworks.\nCoordinate incident response activities and assist in forensic investigations when required.\nWork with cloud security technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.\nEvaluate and recommend cyber security tools and solutions.\n\nClient & Partner Management\nServe as a trusted advisor to clients on cyber security strategy and risk management.\nLead client meetings, presentations, security reviews, and solution discussions.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology partners, and vendors.\nUnderstand client business challenges and align security solutions accordingly.\nCollaborate with OEM partners and security vendors for solution design, licensing, and implementation support.\nIdentify opportunities for service expansion and cyber security consulting engagements.\n\nBusiness & Leadership Responsibilities\nWork closely with sales, presales, and delivery teams to support business growth.\nPrepare technical proposals, solution documents, and security recommendations.\nMentor junior team members and contribute to capability development.\nStay updated with emerging cyber threats, technologies, and market trends.\nDrive multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.\n4–6 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security.\nStrong understanding of network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity management, and security operations.\nExperience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, Vulnerability Management, IAM, DLP, WAF, and SOC operations.\nKnowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and SOC 2.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to manage client relationships and partner ecosystems.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Certifications\nCISSP\nCISM\nCEH\nCompTIA Security+\nCCSP\nMicrosoft Security Certifications\nAWS/Azure Security Certifications\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nSharp, energetic, and highly professional individual.\nStrong client-facing and relationship-building skills.\nBusiness-oriented mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.\nSelf-driven professional who can take ownership and deliver results.\nDynamic personality with excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
