(June 2025 - June 2026)\n\nFUNCTION: CFO\nLOCATION: India\nJOB TYPE: Permanent\nJOB GRADE : 6\n\nGET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:\n\nSenior Specialist - Local Product Cost Controlling supports the value creation by ensuring reliable and efficient steering of product costs. Supports initiatives to optimize and give transparency on product costs and direct purchases.
Work with the team to support with automation and AI to leverage PowerBI, D365, and Copilot, as well as other tools, to simplify processes and support in report and tool creation and improvement.\n\nPartner with Supply Chain, Master Data, Procurement and Accounting\nAssists with local product costs, direct procurement, manufacturing, and subcontracting cost control\n\nYOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:\n\nAssist in providing accurate local and standard product costings for all the materials in the ERP in each ENVU Legal entity\nSupport Transfer Prices Implementation on materials in each Envu legal entity in consideration of the Transfer prices Accounting guiding rules\nEnsure accuracy for Subcontracting (tolling) cost controlling, In2Care Manufacturing cost controlling, as well as Procurement direct cost controlling\nEnsure a close follow-up on product cost on issues solving and recommending corrections if needed especially for reliable monthly closing and for audits\nAssist in providing to Envu Head of Operational Finance the appropriate information and KPI’s on product costs in a timely manner to steer the business, by ensuring the availability of costs information\nSupport in becoming a subject matter expert world-wide by analyzing monthly results for the Envu Legal entities local product costs compared to budget, forecast and previous year.\nContribute to the Envu Budget and Forecast process for local product costs and transfer prices for trade or subcontracted goods, by supporting defining rules\nSupport FinOps by leveraging our current tools for automation (PBI, Copilot, D365) and AI to assist in tool and report creation and process improvement\n\nKEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:\nSupply Chain\nProcurement\n3rd parties tollers and vendors\nAll global and regional Finance Departments\n\nARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?\nMain requirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineer degree\nAt least 4 years experience in industrial costing / controlling; good knowledge of controlling principles and accounting\nFluent in English\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, pro active, ability to work in autonomy within a complex multicultural environment, good ability to work in a team with sense of priority, and capacity to synthesize information\nHas worked in international roles before\nGood knowledge in Controlling systems, ERP’s : MSD 365, Power-BI, Datalake/ Datawarehouse\nAdvanced understanding of AI tools and how to leverage AI in Finance including Copilot\n\nEnvu is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other conditions.
