Investor Relations Manager

Position Summary\nThe Investor Relations Manager will be the primary liaison between TAC InfoSec and the global investment community. This role is critical in maintaining strong relationships with current stakeholders and actively engaging new investors to support the company's fundraising and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venture capital, investment banking, and capital markets, particularly in high-growth and/or publicly listed companies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nInvestor Relationship Management\nMaintain proactive, consistent, and transparent communication with existing investors.\nOrganize investor meetings, roadshows, and update calls.\nPrepare quarterly/annual investor updates, reports, and other key communications.\nFundraising Strategy & Execution\nDevelop and execute the global investor outreach and fundraising strategy.\nIdentify, evaluate, and pitch to new institutional investors (VCs, PEs, family offices, banks, sovereign funds, etc.)\nCollaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams on term sheets, due diligence, and closing processes.\nMarket Intelligence & Storytelling\nMonitor capital markets, investor sentiment, and competitor activity to inform internal strategy.\nCraft compelling investment narratives and pitch decks tailored to different investor segments.\nProvide regular feedback to the executive team on investor perceptions and market trends.\nCompliance & Reporting\nEnsure investor communications meet regulatory, governance, and disclosure standards.\nSupport the CFO and Finance Team in public reporting obligations if applicable (SEBI, MCA, etc.)\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).\n5,10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, venture capital, investment banking, or financial communications.\nExperience with capital raising (Series A-D, Pre-IPO, IPO), investor roadshows, and strategic partnerships.\nProven track record of working with VC/PE firms, public company investors, and global banking institutions.\nStrong network with domestic and international investors is highly desirable.\nDeep understanding of financial modeling, term sheets, and due diligence processes.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex information.\n\nPreferred Attributes\nPassion for cybersecurity and emerging technologies.\nGlobal mindset with ability to operate across time zones and cultures.\nStrategic thinker with a proactive, self-starter attitude.\nComfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth, and founder-led environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.\nStock options / ESOPs (if applicable).\nFlexible work hours and remote working opportunities.\nOpportunity to shape the growth of a rising tech leader on a global stage.
