Brand operates in five key market segments: Upstream/Midstream, Downstream, Power Generation, Industrial and Infrastructure.\n\nSUMMARY OF POSITION:\n\nThe IT Applications Testing is a role for someone who has an intermediate exposure to software testing. The IT Applications testing role is to be involved in the testing and maintenance of our in-house ERP software and to offer excellent technical and functional test results which will help the developers\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:\n\nTools and Technologies :\nKatalon, Selenium , Java, API/Microservices RestAssured Testing, Appium-Testing, BrowserStack for Testing, Cloud Application Testing, Cypress.IO, Katalon-Groovy for Testing, Test Reports and Dashboards -Testing, Desktop application Testing, Tosca -Testing, User Acceptance Testing\nDevelop and maintain Automation Script- using Katalon Studio , Java , Selenium, groovy, Handson Experience with Jenkin/Azure Pipeline .\nDefine automation scope, create reusable testcase for Web, API , Desktop and mobile Application.\nShould have experience in Jira ,xray or Azure Devops\nHands on experience integrating automation script with Jenkin, Git\nShould have experience in collaborating with clients to understand requirements , provide update and address feedback effectively.\n\nEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:\n\n4 to 6 years of Software testing experience in testing domain.\nExperience with a multi module ERP package, (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, etc.) Understanding of an ERP’s relationship with other integrated systems.\nBasic Financial Accounting/Business knowledge.\nExposure to the functionality of a payroll system from entry to update and check print.\nWorking knowledge of a Linux operating system and its relationship to an ERP platform.\nExposure to data conversion, transport and integration methodologies.
FTP, SFTP, API, etc.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or related field.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nAnalytical Ability - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems. Possesses sound data analysis capabilities.\nCommunication - Effectiveness of both written and verbal skills. Communicates and/or understands instructions, sells ideas, obtains acceptance and action.
