Executive - Application and Infra Support

We are hiring an Executive - Infra and App Support (on 3rd party payroll) at Hyderabad.\n\nExperience: 5 to 8 years\n\nGood Knowledge of Application and Infra support.\nAssist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.\nCoordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Act as a point of contact between project teams and external stakeholders.\nTo ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure at client's office.\nStrong Communication in English and Hindi languages.\nInstallation, configuration and troubleshooting email clients like Microsoft O365 and Outlook.\nManaging and resolving User hardware/software/network related issues in a timely manner.\nProviding support for Microsoft Windows, and Applications support (User Level).\nInstalling OS and configuration Windows 11.\nResolve hardware and network connectivity issues.\nLocal and Network Printer configuration.\nCoordinate with manufacturers/providers to resolve technical problems with Systems & Software.\nInternet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting.\nSoftware troubleshooting update and patch installation.\nGood Knowledge in Ticketing tool.
