Delivery Head – Platform Services\n\nLocation : Bangalore\n\nAbout the Organization\n\nOur client is a global technology and digital transformation organization that helps enterprises accelerate business transformation through AI-led solutions, cloud modernization, platform engineering, and managed services. The company is undergoing significant growth and is strengthening its leadership team to drive delivery excellence across its platform services portfolio.\n\nRole Overview\nThe Delivery Head – Platform Services will lead delivery excellence and execution across the organization's cloud transformation and platform services portfolio, ensuring successful delivery of cloud migration, modernization, platform engineering, data, and AI engagements.

This role carries end-to-end accountability for delivery governance, program execution, contractual commitments, resource management, quality assurance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across multiple delivery streams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple strategic platform transformation engagements. • Establish and enforce delivery governance frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards. • Ensure successful execution of cloud migration, modernization, platform engineering, data, and AI initiatives.

• Drive delivery predictability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across programs. • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. • Lead and mentor large global delivery teams.

• Own delivery profitability and operational performance. • Drive workforce planning, resource optimization, and leadership development.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.\n• Master's degree preferred.\n\n• 20+ years of experience in technology services, cloud transformation, platform engineering, or digital transformation delivery.\n• Proven leadership experience managing large global delivery organizations.\n• Experience managing multi-million-dollar delivery portfolios and executive stakeholders.\nPreferred Experience\n• Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation programs.\n• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud ecosystems.\n• Exposure to Data, Analytics, AI, and Platform Engineering services.\n• Experience operating within global delivery models.\nKey Competencies\nDelivery Leadership, Program & Portfolio Management, Customer Relationship Management, Executive Stakeholder Management, Operational Excellence, Financial Management, Risk & Governance Management, Talent Development, Strategic Thinking, Change Leadership, Cloud Transformation, Platform Engineering, Data & AI Services.
