This role combines creative fashion expertise with customer engagement and sales leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of sarees, fashion trends, and customer service excellence to drive sales and enhance the in-store experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist customers in selecting sarees and provide styling guidance\nManage overall store sales and achieve revenue targets\nLead customer engagement with a personalized and professional approach\nMaintain product knowledge of sarees, fabrics, and current fashion trends\nSupport inventory management and visual merchandising\nBuild strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business\nCollaborate with the team to improve store performance and customer satisfaction\nRequirements:\nBackground in Fashion Designing (preferred)\nPrior experience in retail sales or fashion industry\nStrong knowledge of sarees, fabrics, and traditional wear\nExcellent communication skills in Kannada (mandatory)\nWorking knowledge of English (preferred)\nCustomer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills\nAbility to manage sales operations and work in a team
