We partner with developers to drive sustained absorption, sharper positioning, and measurable cash flows through a unified approach to strategy, marketing, and sales.\n\nAbout the Role :\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS & Data Analyst with prior experience in the real estate industry to manage business reporting, operational analytics, data visualization, and performance tracking across departments.\n\nResponsibilities :\nMIS Reporting & Data Management\nPrepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across sales, operations, HR, marketing, and business development functions.\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of business data and operational metrics.\nMaintain centralized databases, trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems.\n\nData Analysis & Business Insights\nAnalyze business performance data to identify trends, gaps, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.\nGenerate actionable insights through data interpretation and analytical reporting.\nSupport leadership teams with business intelligence and performance analysis for strategic decision-making.\n\nDashboarding & Performance Tracking\nDevelop and manage dashboards, KPI trackers, and automated reporting systems using Excel and reporting tools.\nMonitor departmental KPIs, productivity metrics, sales performance, lead conversion data, and operational efficiencies.\nPresent analytical findings through structured reports, charts, and presentations.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nWork closely with sales, business development, HR, marketing, finance, and operations teams to collect and validate business data.\nSupport teams with data-driven recommendations and operational reporting requirements.\nEnsure smooth flow of information and reporting across departments.\n\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational workflows.\nSupport automation of MIS processes and optimization of reporting systems where applicable.\n\nQualifications :\n5–7 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting within the real estate industry.\nStrong proficiency in Advanced Excel, data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and reporting tools.\nExperience in handling large datasets and business performance reporting.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nGood communication and presentation skills.\n\nRequired Skills :\nStrong analytical mindset.\nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.\nReal Estate background.\n\nPay range and compensation package :\nCompetitive salary based on experience.\n\nEqual Opportunity Statement :\nWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
