Procurement Excellence Specialist

Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system improvements and resolve issues. Creating supporting documents for the standard processes (SOP) and training materials for end users (QRC).\n\nAbout the job (Job Responsibilities)\nManage, maintain, and administer procurement systems and tools to ensure reliability, data integrity, and user accessibility.\nDesign, document, and optimize procurement workflows to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.\nEnsure procurement processes and systems comply with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.\nDevelop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports to track procurement-related KPIs and performance metrics.\nAnalyse procurement data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process and cost improvements.\nMonitor and report on progress against key procurement initiatives and improvement actions.\nCollaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement system enhancements or new functionalities.\nTroubleshoot procurement system issues and coordinate timely resolution with IT and relevant stakeholders.\nSupport end-users through training, documentation, and guidance on procurement systems, tools, and workflows.\nParticipate in or lead projects related to procurement digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement.\n\nWe believe you bring (Education & Experience)\nBachelor’s degree with 5+ years in procure to pay, and project management.\nProficiency in SAP, process optimization, data visualization and system management.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nOpenminded/Curios to find improvements outside existing Procurement processes/systems.\nExperience with Ariba, Coupa, Celonis, Power BI, Sievo, Signavio, Arkieva.\nMindset of “Thinking outside the box” mentality.\nCompetitive in the sense of improvement and efficiency within process and systems.\n\nPlease apply via our online recruitment system.
