Contract Manager

Position: P&C – Contract\nLocation: Navi Mumbai\n\nJob Accountabilities:\nResponsible for lining up all category vendor and supplier for Contract as well as supply related to development & maintenance of Water Bodies, Swimming Pool, Big Lake/Ponds, etc.\nPreparation of RFQ for package during project as well as for Annual Maintenance Contract.\nUnderstand the Rate Analysis & Prepare Internal cost estimation.\nHandling various interaction meetings with all stakeholders.\nCo-ordination with cross functional team related to requisition to payment cycle.\nFollowing up with supplier and vendors for status update, expediting of delivery, payment etc.\n\nSkills Required (Knowledge and Skills):\nNegotiation\nDrafting & Communication\nCosting\nInterpersonal Skills\nMulti-Tasking\nAdoptive to changes\n\nKey Attributes (Experience and Qualifications):\nMust have 5+ years Contracting & Procurement (both) experience in Handling Water Feature, Ponds, Swimming Pool, etc. related to high end Real Estate Development.\nShould be a qualified Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.\nPreferably person having experience in reputed Real Estate companies
