Guided by values of truth, impartiality, service, integrity, and inclusivity, ANIG maintains strict nonpartisanship and transparent governance while nurturing future policy leaders through its fellowship and leadership programs.\nRole Description\nThe School Program Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jasrana, responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing ANIG’s school-focused governance and civic awareness programs. This role includes coordinating program calendars, managing logistics for workshops and events, and serving as the primary point of contact for school administrators, teachers, and students.
The coordinator will develop and refine program content and materials in alignment with ANIG’s mission and values, and support monitoring and evaluation to track outcomes and improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing communication with partner institutions, organizing outreach activities, maintaining accurate program records, and preparing periodic reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with research and outreach teams to integrate policy insights into school curricula and co-curricular initiatives.\nQualifications\nCandidates should possess strong Program Management and Program Development skills to design, coordinate, and continuously improve school initiatives.\nCandidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, time management, and execution of multiple activities and timelines.\nCandidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, educators, and diverse institutional stakeholders in a clear and inclusive manner.\nCandidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive, responsive relationships with partner schools and community organizations.\nRelevant experience in education programs, youth engagement, or community outreach, preferably in governance, civics, or public policy contexts.\nBachelor’s degree in education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment, with high integrity and respect for nonpartisan principles.\nProficiency with basic office productivity tools and comfort with managing data, reports, and presentations.\nFluency in English and working proficiency in relevant Indian languages for local engagement are highly beneficial.
