You will drive digital transformation, standardize core enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, LMS, HIS), and ensure seamless integration across all group entities to establish a uniform, high-performance technology governance framework.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Leadership: Define and execute the group-wide technology strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with core business objectives.\nTech Innovation: Drive adoption of modern, disruptive technologies incorporating AI/ML, Generative AI, EdTech, and HealthTech solutions.\nEnterprise Architecture: Oversee the implementation, integration, optimization, and upgrades of major systems:\nERP: SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.\nCRM: Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, or HubSpot for stakeholder/patient relationship management.\nLMS: Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard to elevate the learning ecosystem.\nHealthcare IT: Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and EMR/EHR solutions maintaining top-tier regulatory compliance.\nGovernance & Compliance: Act as the central authority for enterprise system vendors and partners. Ensure ironclad data security, privacy framework alignment (GDPR, DPDP Act, HIPAA), and education standards.\nTeam & Infrastructure Management: Lead, mentor, and scale robust engineering, product, IT, and support teams.

Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity, DevOps (CI/CD), and platform scalability.\nPre-Sales & Thought Leadership: Support institutional collaborations by leading high-level technology pre-sales efforts, structuring RFP responses, and representing the organization as a thought leader at industry forums.\n️ Technical Skills & Expertise\nEnterprise Core: Proven mastery over ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, MS Dynamics 365), CRM, and LMS platforms at an enterprise scale.\nHealthcare IT: Strong knowledge of HIS, EMR/EHR, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) alongside NABH/JCI compliance familiarity.\nInfrastructure & Stack: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architecture (Microservices, APIs).\nEngineering Baseline: Core programming awareness (Java, Python, Node.js, React) and automated DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).\nNext-Gen Tech: Implementation experience with AI/ML platforms, Generative AI, and advanced data analytics/reporting infrastructure.\nQualifications & Experience Required\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.\nLeadership Track Record: 10+ years of senior tech leadership experience (prior roles as CTO, Head of Technology, or VP of Engineering are highly preferred).\nMandatory Capability: Proven experience managing group-level technology ecosystems spanning large enterprise ERP, CRM, and LMS suites.\nSector Preference: Strong experience in the Education/University and/or Healthcare/Hospital sector is highly preferred.\nValue Add: Strong background in pre-sales, solution architecture, and translating complex technical capabilities into business value.
