Location: Coimbatore, India\nCompany: Salesforce Consulting / Implementation Partner\nExperience: 3–4 years\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our Coimbatore office. The role will focus on generating new business opportunities for our Salesforce consulting practice, identifying potential customers, prospecting through multiple channels, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process until opportunities are successfully converted.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, inside sales, or technology services sales. Experience in Salesforce, CRM, SaaS, IT services, or consulting sales would be highly preferred.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nGenerate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and market research.\nIdentify and qualify potential clients who may require Salesforce implementation, support, customization, integration, or consulting services.\nBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across target markets, especially UAE, GCC, India, and other relevant regions.\nUnderstand client requirements at a high level and position the company’s Salesforce services effectively.\nSchedule discovery calls, product/service demos, and meetings for senior sales or leadership teams.\nFollow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.\nWork closely with the Dubai sales/leadership team and Coimbatore delivery team to align prospect requirements with service capabilities.\nMaintain accurate lead, opportunity, and activity records in the CRM.\nPrepare basic proposals, capability documents, email introductions, and follow-up communication as required.\nTrack market trends, competitor activities, and potential industry opportunities.\nMeet monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, opportunities created, and revenue contribution.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n3–4 years of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or B2B technology sales.\nExperience selling IT services, SaaS products, CRM solutions, Salesforce services, or software consulting is preferred.\nStrong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.\nGood understanding of prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, CRM systems, and lead databases.\nAbility to understand business pain points and communicate solution value clearly.\nComfortable speaking to business owners, sales leaders, operations teams, and senior stakeholders.\nStrong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects at different stages.\nTarget-oriented mindset with good ownership and accountability.\nAbility to work from the Coimbatore office and coordinate with teams across India and Dubai.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience in Salesforce consulting, CRM sales, IT services, or digital transformation services.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, or CRM implementation services.\nExperience selling to UAE, GCC, UK, or international markets.\nExperience using CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities.\nGood proposal-writing and presentation skills.\n\nSuccess Metrics\nNumber of qualified leads generated.\nNumber of discovery/demo meetings booked.\nValue of opportunities created.\nLead-to-opportunity conversion rate.\nPipeline generated per month/quarter.\nRevenue influenced or closed.\nQuality and consistency of CRM updates.\nFollow-up discipline and response turnaround time.
