AI ERP Integration Engineer

We are building an AI-powered Supplier Operations platform focused on transforming Procure-to-Pay operations for enterprise customers. Our platform combines AI + human operations to reduce manual transactional work, improve supplier collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a hands-on SAP consultant who can work closely with our product and engineering teams to help design and build our SAP integration architecture and P2P workflows.

Role Overview

This role will focus on:

• SAP S/4HANA integration strategy
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows
• Accounts Payable processes
• Supplier invoice processing
• Enterprise integration architecture
• The consultant will help us define what should remain inside SAP versus what should be handled by our AI platform.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to design SAP integration architecture
• Help define data flows between SAP and our platform
• Identify and recommend SAP APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, and OData services
• Help design invoice ingestion and supplier invoice workflows
• Support integration of: Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Supplier Invoices, Payment Status, Exception Handling
• Help define scalable and lightweight enterprise integration patterns
• Recommend SAP best practices while minimizing unnecessary customization
• Support MVP architecture and implementation planning

Required Experience

• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
• Deep Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable process knowledge
• Experience with: MIRO, 3-way matching, GR/IR, Invoice blocking and tolerances, Supplier invoice processing
• Experience integrating SAP with external platforms
• Familiarity with: APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, OData services, Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and operational processes

We are NOT looking to heavily customize SAP. We are looking for someone who understands how to:

• keep SAP as the system of record
• while building AI, workflows, collaboration, and intelligence outside SAP.
