Reach out to: /\n\nJob Summary:\n\nThe Civil Lead Engineer will lead and manage the Civil Design team, overseeing all technical aspects of civil engineering for assigned building and infrastructure projects.\nWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Design Engineer with strong expertise in structural design, RCC, steel structures, and civil engineering design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, capable of performing design calculations, and experienced in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and BOMs (Bill of Materials)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and review structural and civil designs including RCC, steel structures, roof slabs, splinting, and foundation systems.\nPerform structural design calculations in line with applicable codes and standards.\nPrepare detailed 2D drawings, layout plans, and sections using AutoCAD.\nPrepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM).\nEnsure compliance with IS codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.\nParticipate in design review meetings and coordinate with architecture, MEP, and construction teams.\nConduct site visits for design validation and provide technical support during execution.\nMaintain proper documentation for all design deliverables and revisions.\nCoordinate with architects, civil, electrical, HVAC, and other engineering teams to ensure integrated and clash-free design.\nParticipate in technical reviews, client meetings, and site coordination sessions.\nAssist in resolving design or construction-related issues during project execution.\nEnsure adherence to relevant standards such as IS codes, NBC, and international plumbing/piping guidelines.\nStay updated on emerging industry practices and design methodologies in plumbing and piping.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of design packages.\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.\n8 to 12 years of relevant experience in civil and structural design.\nProficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT; knowledge of STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or similar structural software is preferred.\nStrong understanding of Indian Standards (IS codes) and construction materials.\nExperience with both RCC and Steel Structure projects.\nGood communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
