Looking for Manager/ Senior Manager Analytics & MIS\nLocation - Bangalore (Jakkur) | 5 days Work from office.\nPreferred - Candidate from Retail Background\n\nResponsibilities\nLead and motivate a team of analysts and MIS professionals, set goals, and provide guidance.\nCreate and execute an analytics and MIS strategy to meet business goals.\nSupervise the collection and analysis of data from multiple sources, including\ninternal systems, third-party tools, and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.\nWork with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and create dashboards and reports to track performance.\nProvide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions and drive business growth.\nCollaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure, systems, and tools for efficient data collection, storage, and analysis.\nDrive data governance initiatives by setting data quality standards, verifying data accuracy, and applying data security protocols.\nCommunicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.\nFoster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.\nStay updated about industry trends and advancements in analytics tools to improve data analysis.\n\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong leadership and management capabilities, demonstrating the capacity to effectively motivate and inspire a team.\nExperience with data analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. Proficient in automation programming languages such as Python, Ruby, and Java.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.\nIn-depth knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.\nProficiency in data modelling and data manipulation.\nStrong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to business objectives.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to distil complex data into clear and actionable insights.\nCapable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.\nExperience working with large datasets and using statistical analysis techniques.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. Master's degree preferred.\nAt least 8 to 12 yrs years of experience in analytics or a related field, including 2 years in a leadership role.\nKnowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is mandatory.
