Hiring: Senior Manager – Data Engineering\nLocation: Noida (Work from Office – 5 Days)\nCompany: Fintech\n\nOur Client is looking for a hands-on Data Engineering leader to build and scale enterprise-grade data platforms, ETL pipelines, and modern Data Lake ecosystems supporting analytics, AI, and real-time business use cases.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and manage enterprise Data Lake and data pipeline ecosystems\nDesign and manage large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real-time processing\nBuild and optimize data platforms using AWS and GCP technologies\nDrive cloud migration and modernization initiatives\nDefine and enforce data modeling standards across warehouse and lakehouse layers\nEnsure observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational excellence across pipelines\nCollaborate with infrastructure, product, business, and vendor teams\nLead and mentor Data Engineering teams while driving agile delivery and daily execution\nRequired Skills:\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS services such as Redshift, Glue, S3, EMR\nHands-on experience with GCP BigQuery\nExpertise in ETL/ELT pipeline creation and management\nExperience managing Data Lakes / Lakehouse architectures\nStrong SQL query writing and optimization skills\nExperience handling both real-time and batch data pipelines\nHands-on experience with Spark/PySpark, Airflow, Kafka, Databricks\nExperience implementing observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks\nStrong stakeholder management and production ownership mindset\nPreferred Background:\n11+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Platform roles\nExperience handling large-scale production data environments\nFintech, Payments, Product, or Enterprise Data Platform background preferred\nB.Tech / BE mandatory
