Job Summary\nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive/ Team Lead with 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education background.\nLocation- Noida, Sector-62Experience- Min 2–3 YearsSalary- 25k (Depends on Experience)Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads through calls, follow-ups and referrals.\nAchieve monthly and quarterly admission/sales targets.\nMaintain strong relationships with colleges/ universities and other educational partners.\nConduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities to increase enrolments.\nFollow up with prospective leads and maintain accurate records.\nCoordinate with the marketing and academic teams for campaigns and student on boarding.\nProvide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMinimum 2–3 years of experience in sales.\nPrior experience in education field/ academic counselling is more preferred.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work in a target-driven environment.\nGood presentation and convincing abilities.\nStrong understanding of the education industry and student counselling.
