The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the overall sales and operational activities of the branch to ensure business growth, client satisfaction, and smooth branch functioning.\nThe role includes driving client acquisition and retention, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring effective cross-selling and upselling of investment products and financial solutions.
The incumbent will be responsible for independently planning and executing branch-level sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring consistent business growth.\nIn addition to sales responsibilities, the role includes overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring process adherence, maintaining service quality standards, and coordinating with internal investment specialists to provide suitable client recommendations. The Branch Sales Manager will also handle client relationships directly, understand their investment needs, and provide ongoing support and advisory coordination.\nRegular reporting on sales performance, business pipeline, and branch operations to senior management is a key part of the role.\nQualifications Proven experience of at least 3 years in Branch Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, or Branch Operations within Financial Services, Banking, or Investment Firms.\nStrong ability to drive sales independently and achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.\nExperience in managing end-to-end branch operations along with sales responsibilities.\nAbility to understand client risk profiles, analyze investment needs, and align them with suitable financial products and solutions.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong focus on client relationship building.\nComfort working with data, reports, and basic financial analytics to track performance and support decision-making.\nKnowledge of investment products, wealth management, or financial planning; certifications in finance or investment advisory are an advantage.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.\nCommitment to ethical practices, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality client service.
