Job Description
Role Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HCM solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and enhancements.\nConfigure and support core HCM modules based on business requirements.\nPerform functional setups including workforce structures, security, approvals, and workflows .\nPrepare functional design documents (FDD), configurations, and test scenarios.\nSupport data conversion, integrations, and report development.\nHandle production support , issue analysis, and root cause resolution.\nParticipate in testing cycles: Unit Testing, SIT, UAT , and Deployment support.\nCoordinate with technical teams for integrations and custom reports.\nEnsure compliance with HR policies, statutory, and regulatory requirements.\nProvide end-user support and knowledge transfer.\nMandatory Skills\n6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM .\nStrong hands-on experience with one or more modules:\nCore HR\nAbsence Management\nPayroll\nOTL (Time & Labor)\nBenefits\nTalent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Learning)\nExperience with HCM Security roles , data roles, and privilege setup.\nKnowledge of Fast Formulas .\nExperience with HCM Extracts , BI Publisher reports.\nStrong understanding of HCM end‑to‑end business processes.\nBasic knowledge of SQL .\nExperience in application support and configuration activities.\nGood to Have\nExperience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP).\nExposure to HDL / HCM Data Loader .\nKnowledge of OTBI reporting.\nExperience working in global implementations .\nPrior experience in AMS / support projects .\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management.\nGood analytical and problem‑solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.\nWillingness to support flexible hours during critical phases.
