Head – Product Development (Apparel Division) Location: Noida\nExperience: Minimum 8 years\nConcept Clothing Textiles Pvt. Ltd., a sourcing and buying agency working with leading European fashion brands and retailers, is looking for an experienced Head of Product Development for its Apparel Division.\nKey Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product development for European apparel customers, with a strong focus on women's wear .\nDrive seasonal developments from concept and sampling through to order placement.\nWork closely with buyers, designers, fabric mills, and factories to develop commercially viable products.\nSource and develop new fabrics, trims, washes, and value-added techniques.\nEnsure developments meet customer expectations on design, quality, fit, costing, and timelines.\nSupport customer meetings and presentations.\nCandidate Profile: Minimum 8 years' experience in apparel product development.\nStrong understanding of European fashion trends and market requirements .\nExperience working with French fashion brands/retailers is highly preferred.\nGood knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fit, and costing.\nStrong communication and customer-facing skills.\nExperience in a buying house, sourcing office, export house, or apparel manufacturing company servicing European customers.
