Job Description
Photography & On-Ground Content Capture\nAccompany the Managing Director and senior team for meetings, events, and occasional travel.\nCapture real-time moments - discussions, sketches, reviews, travel snippets, and behind-the-scenes interactions.\nMaintain a high-quality repository of photos, videos, voice notes, and content assets.\n\n4. Graphic Design\nDesign social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and visual communication assets.\nSupport development of brand identity and ensure consistent application across all content.\nCreate layout designs that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.\n\n5. Content Creation\nDevelop written and visual content for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and marketing assets.\nConduct basic research to ensure accuracy and relevance.\nWork closely with internal teams to translate ideas into clear and cohesive communication.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nDiploma/ bachelor’s degree in communication design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Media, or related field.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma (mandatory).\nStrong writing skills and understanding of digital communication.\nFamiliarity with social media analytics, growth strategies, and platform trends.\nStrong visual storytelling skills—photography, videography, and video editing.\nAbility to shoot content naturally in office/meeting environments.\nProficiency in mobile editing apps for agile content creation.\nUnderstanding of the architecture/design domain (preferred).\nAbility to coordinate with various teams for content access and scheduling.\nExcellent communication & interpersonal skills.\nHighly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to travel occasionally for content capture.
