The role primarily focuses on BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities, pamphlet distribution, kiosk management, and walk-in engagement while the center is under development.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nExecute BTL marketing activities in nearby residential and commercial areas.\nDistribute pamphlets and promotional materials to generate awareness and leads.\nSet up and manage on-ground kiosks near the upcoming center location.\nAttend and engage walk-in prospects at the kiosk.\nExplain Cult.fit membership plans, offers, and benefits to potential customers.\nCapture and maintain lead data accurately.\nCoordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.\nSupport pre-launch promotional campaigns and local activations.\nEnsure brand representation and customer experience standards are maintained at all times.\n\nWhat We’re Looking for?\nGraduate / Undergraduate (preferred).\n0–2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or promotional activities.\nComfortable with fieldwork and outdoor marketing.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nTarget-driven mindset with high energy levels.\nWillingness to work in a pre-launch setup and flexible shifts.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nBe a part of a dynamic, forward-thinking company that is redefining health and wellness.\nWork with a passionate team dedicated to making fitness fun and accessible.\nOpportunity to make a tangible impact on a multi-million strong community
