The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional approach to interacting with prospective clients and partners.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify, research, and analyze potential business opportunities through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.\nGenerate and qualify leads aligned with the company's business objectives.\nRegularly visit clients and business partners for meetings, presentations, business discussions, and relationship-building activities.\nMaintain and update lead databases, CRM records, and business development reports.\nDraft professional emails, proposals, presentations, and business communication materials.\nCoordinate meetings, follow-ups, and discussions with prospective clients.\nConduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.\nAssist senior management in business development initiatives, partnerships, and strategic outreach programs.\nTrack lead conversion progress and prepare periodic performance reports.\n\nEligibility Criteria\nGraduate / Postgraduate from a recognized institution.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation, or a related field.\nStrong academic background preferred.\n\nRequired Skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting abilities.\nProfessional email drafting and business communication skills.\nMarket research and analytical thinking.\nClient relationship management and stakeholder engagement.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.\nStrong organizational and follow-up skills.\nWillingness to travel for client meetings and business discussions.\n\nPreferred Profile\nExperience in B2B lead generation and client acquisition.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead research tools.\nExperience in preparing business proposals and presentations.\nAbility to work independently and achieve business development targets.\n\nCompensation\nSalary: ₹4.0 – ₹4.5 LPA
