The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent classroom delivery, and a deep understanding of exam patterns and student learning behavior.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFor JEE/NEET (11th & 12th):\nDeliver high-quality Physics lectures aligned with JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET syllabi.\nPrepare students with conceptual clarity, problem-solving techniques, and exam-oriented strategies.\nDesign assignments, DPPs, practice sheets, and test papers.\nConduct doubt-solving sessions and mentor students individually.\nTrack student performance and provide regular feedback to improve outcomes.\n\nFor Foundation (6th to 10th):\nTeach basic to advanced Physics concepts in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.\nHelp build a strong conceptual base for future competitive exams.\nCreate innovative teaching materials, worksheets, and activity-based learning modules.\nFoster curiosity and scientific thinking among students.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or Engineering from a recognized institution.\nCandidates from IIT/NIT are preferred.\nStrong command over Physics concepts and excellent communication skills.\n\nSkills Required\nDeep subject knowledge and passion for teaching.\nAbility to simplify complex concepts for students across age groups.\nGood classroom management and student engagement skills.\nExperience with online/offline teaching platforms is an advantage.\nProblem-solving aptitude and conceptual teaching approach.
