Decision-Making & Escalation Handling\nAct as the primary escalation point for operational issues\nMake timely decisions to keep work progressing\nResolve cross-functional conflicts independently\nEscalate critical risks when necessary\n4. Prioritization & Workload Management\nAlign teams on daily and weekly priorities\nReallocate resources based on workload demands\nEnsure focus on high-impact work\n5. Cross-Functional Coordination\nDrive collaboration between Design, Procurement, and Project Management teams\nMaintain alignment between design, costing, and execution\nEnsure smooth and structured handoffs between departments\n6.
Process Enforcement & Discipline\nEnforce SOPs, workflows, and documentation standards\nMaintain consistency in file management and reporting\nEliminate process deviations\n7. Global Coordination\nAct as liaison between India and USA/Canada teams\nEnsure global directives are executed effectively\nMaintain clear communication across time zones\n8. Productivity & Performance Monitoring\nTrack team productivity and output\nIdentify inefficiencies and delays early\nEnsure effective utilization of work hours\n9.
Meetings & Communication\nLead internal meetings with focus and efficiency\nStandardize communication across teams\n10. Systems & Tools Compliance\nEnsure ERP and tracking systems are used correctly\nEnforce Google Drive and file structure discipline\n11. Reporting & Visibility\nProvide regular updates to the CEO\nProactively highlight risks and delays\n12.
Office & Administrative Oversight\nOversee administrative and support functions\nEnsure smooth functioning of operational infrastructure\n13. Execution Validation\nVerify that reported progress aligns with actual on-ground execution\nIdentify gaps between reported status and real progress\n14. Escalation & Dependency Management\nEscalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and track resolution\nFollow up on pending approvals and required inputs from USA/Canada teams\nProactively identify and mitigate delays caused by dependencies\n15.
