Job Title: Associate Professor / Professor - Law\n\nQualifications:\nPh.D is mandatory\nB.Com / BBA, M.Com /MBA, LLB / LLM & Ph.D .\nStrong publication record and research background, particularly for Associate Professor and Professor positions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTeach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in law, including but not limited to constitutional law, criminal law, corporate law, international law, etc.\nConduct research and publish academic papers in reputed journals.\nSupervise student projects, dissertations, and theses.\nParticipate in curriculum development and assessment activities.\nEngage in academic advising and mentoring of students.\nCollaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives and contribute to departmental activities.\nAttend faculty meetings and contribute to the university's mission and goals.\nPursue professional development opportunities and stay updated on legal education trends.\nSkills/experience in proposal writing or development of externally funded grants.\nStrong research track record with good number of Publications in Scopus Indexed journals.\nCollaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities.\n\nSkills Required:\nStrong knowledge of legal principles and practices.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to engage and inspire students in the learning process.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking abilities.\nProficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.\n\nTools/Technologies Required: - Familiarity with legal research databases and resources. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
