Our culture is high-performance, high reward, and high impact - with “respect for individual” as a core value.\nFor more information explore our website, www.enerdyne.in\n\nWhat you’ll do\nYour mission:\nManage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and provide business insights to support management decisions.\nMonitor manufacturing costs, product costing, profitability, and drive cost control and process improvement initiatives.\nOversee inventory, fixed assets, and working capital management to ensure accurate records and efficient cash flow.\nPrepare financial reports, MIS, variance analysis, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.\nHandle audits, taxation, statutory compliance, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.\nLead finance teams, support ERP/system improvements, and assist in strategic investments, project evaluation, and business growth initiatives.\n\nWho you are\nQualified CA or CMA with 12–15 years of experience in finance, costing, and plant controlling within the auto component or manufacturing industry.\nStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, product costing, inventory management, MIS reporting, GST, taxation, and statutory compliance.\nExperience in manufacturing finance, cost optimization, working capital management, ERP systems , and internal controls.\nStrong analytical, leadership, and business partnering skills with the ability to support operational decision-making and drive process improvements.\n\nWhy work with Enerdyne?\nBe a part of our growth story: We’re targeting 3x growth in 4 years—you’ll be joining at a pivotal point with an incredible opportunity to learn and grow.
