Candidates with around 2 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.\nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing E-Commerce campaigns to drive sales, revenue growth, and ROAS.\nResponsibilities\nPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for E-Commerce brands.\nManage Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.\nMonitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.\nConduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.\nTrack and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools.\nCollaborate with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.\nGenerate regular performance reports and actionable insights.\nQualifications\n1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads and E-Commerce campaigns.\nExperience managing acquisition and remarketing campaigns.\nGood understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Excel and reporting tools.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\nImmediate Joiners Preferred.\nInterested candidates can share their resume with current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.\nWork Location: In person
