This\nrole focuses on learner empathy, personalization, and innovation to deliver impactful\nlearning solutions aligned with business goals.\nResponsibilities\n• Design and develop virtual and blended learning experiences using human-centered\ndesign and design thinking methodologies.\n• Apply learning sciences and UX principles to enhance learner engagement, retention,\nand motivation.\n• Create content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, synthesia, GenAIpowered content authoring tool), multimedia, and graphic design principles.\n• Integrate adaptive learning strategies, gamification, simulations, and scenario-based\nlearning.\n• Leverage LMS/LXP platforms, AI-enabled tools, and immersive technologies (VR/AR)\nfor scalable learning.\n• Develop authentic, performance-based assessments to measure engagement, behavior\nchange, and retention.\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to co-create solutions and\nmaintain strong client relationships.\n• Manage projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment\nwith business objectives.\n• Conduct research on learning tools and platforms and leverage learning data to monitor\nperformance and predict learner success.\nSkills\n• Learning Sciences\n• Instructional Design & Content Development\n• User Experience & Interaction Design\n• Multimedia Integration & Graphic Design\n• Technology Application (AI, VR, LXPs)\n• Assessment Design\n• Project Management\n• Feedback & Iteration\n• Client Communication and Management\nQualifications\n• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning design, including e-learning development\nand UX application.\n• Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, GenAI-powered content\nauthoring tool).\n• LMS/LXP platforms, multimedia tools (e.g. Synthesia, Vyond, PowToon), and Microsoft\nOffice.\n• Knowledge of adult learning theory, cognitive science, and instructional design models\n(ADDIE, Bloom’s).\n• Experience in learning data analysis to evaluate behavioral and business impact of\ntraining programs.\n• Basic project management skills and familiarity with productivity tools.\n• Advanced English communication skills.\n\nPrimary Location : India-Gujarat-Ahmedabad
