We are hiring for OC Academy\n\nJob Summary\n\nAs an Inside Sales - Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective doctors and Medical professionals understanding their educationalneeds, and recommending appropriate courses or programs. This is a consultative sales role requiring excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of academic products, and the ability to close leads over phone or virtual meetings.\n\nRoles and responsibilities\n\nUnderstand and explain the features, benefits, and structure of various academic coursesoffered by the company.\nConduct counseling sessions with students and/or parents via phone or video call to understandtheir learning goals and provide suitable solutions.\nMaintain detailed records of lead interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM system.\nRegularly follow up with interest leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.\nMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.\nGather and report customer feedback to help improve course offerings and sales strategy.\nWork closely with the marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure seamless customerexperience.\n\nMandatory Requirements\n\nAny graduate\n04 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or academic counselling.\nAn excellent communicator with strong counselling and selling skills.\nHave strong personal organization and project management abilities.\nComfortable originating and developing marketing strategies and creative concepts.\nIs committed to his/her professional development and demonstrates a growth mindset.\nTakes a customer-orientated approach.
