Job Title: Product Development Analyst\nExperience Required: 4–6 Years\nLocation: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad-Maharashtra)\n\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced New Product Development to lead and coordinate product development projects for domestic and commercial product portfolios. The role involves managing end-to-end product development, preparing technical specifications for compressors and electrical components, cost optimization, and ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with market needs and customer requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.\nManage complete project lifecycle to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, budget, and required quality standards.\nDevelop detailed project plans and monitor project progress, timelines, costs, and risks using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure project alignment and timely execution.\nReview and approve technical documentation, certifications, and risk assessment documents for new product developments.\nEnsure product requirements related to performance, reliability, and cost are achieved while following engineering best practices.\nProvide technical support to cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Operations, Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, and PMO.\nSupport supplier development, component qualification, product validation, and customer homologation activities.\nAudit and validate projects before production release to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.\nDrive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives within product development projects.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering , Production Engineering , or related disciplines.\nPreferred: Post-Graduation / Certification in Project Management .\n\nRequired Skills & Knowledge\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong experience in Product Development and Project Management\nCost analysis and cost optimization experience\nKnowledge of problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma\nUnderstanding of refrigeration systems and related applications
