Job Description

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.\n\nResponsibilities\n1.

Lead Management & Allocation (Meta Ads & Google Ads)\n• Receive leads automatically through CRM from Meta Ads and Google Ads\n• Contact all new leads within defined SLA\n• Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, location, and timeline\n• Categorize leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold\n• Assign qualified leads to respective Area Sales Managers\n• Track follow-ups and collect feedback from ASMs\n• Update lead status in CRM and prepare weekly reports\n\n2. D2C Website Stock & Order Management\n• Receive finished goods stock report from factory\n• Verify SKU-wise stock availability\n• Update live stock on D2C website admin panel\n• Monitor online orders on a daily basis\n• Update order status and coordinate dispatch with factory\n• Confirm dispatch and update tracking details\n\n3. Sales Team Tracking & Manufacturing Coordination\n• Ensure sales team updates daily activity in tracking application\n• Collect and review End of Day (EOD) reports\n• Compile sales orders and demand requirements\n• Identify fast-moving and low-stock products\n• Prepare and share manufacturing plan with factory\n• Coordinate timelines and update sales team\n\n4.

Sales Performance Improvement\n• Monitor lead response time and SLA compliance\n• Track lead aging and pending follow-ups\n• Review online and offline closures\n• Identify process bottlenecks\n• Implement corrective actions and process improvements\n\n5. Reporting & Review The Sales Coordinator shall submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to leads, sales performance, stock status, and manufacturing coordination to management for review.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\n4+ years' experience in sales related role\nWell-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving\nStrong verbal and written communication skills
