The Workforce Transformation (WX) practice is a relatively new and vibrant unit within Infosys Consulting established with the intent of invigorating Infosys Consulting’s service offerings and improving the footprint across new markets. This unit was designed to provide consulting & advisory services at the top of the value chain in N.America, (NAM), Europe and the Emerging Markets (Asia, Middle East, ANZ, Africa).\n\nOur service offerings are structured to provide best in the class business consulting & advisory services to CXO representatives of an organization.\n\nC-Suite Advisory:\nProvide world class consulting & advisory services designed to help C-Level Executives, Directors, Entrepreneurs & Owners to address their business problems and help navigate their organization for growth, optimization and innovation\n\nDisruptive Technologies:\nEnable our clients to evaluate, adopt and industrialize the market disrupting technologies ranging from Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility\n\nTransformation Management:\nHelp clients navigate their way from strategy to execution by bringing in our expertise in business transformation, organization change management and program management\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nLead organization change management track in large scale transformation projects such a Digital Transformation, AI&I programs and Large ERP transformation programs.\nWork as an effective change management consultant assisting clients in their large scale transformation journeys either as a sole Change practitioner or leading the change team\nWork with Infosys Consulting teams and / or other Infosys Delivery Units to create effective technology and non-technology solutions. These solutions should focus on change strategy, change impact assessment, articulation of change challenges and mitigation strategies\nManage and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to create momentum and a high performance culture respectively\nDevelop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development\nParticipate in practice building activity as a valued contributor to the change management community.
This may involve training and knowledge management activity to mature our capability and practitioners\n\nProfessionals we are looking for?\n\nSmart, self-driven, highly focused & self-motivated people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and experience of making a positive difference to a strategic or tactical transformation program.\n\nOverall experience of 5-8 years, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably as a change management specialist in technology / non-technology driven transformation programs\nHaving hands-on experience of end-to-end change management interventions in atleast 2-3 transformation programs irrespective of the context of change\nComfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven transformation programs\nExperience of developing a change strategy for large scale transformation programs having a global reach\nProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment\nExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills\nAbility to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions\nStrong executive level relationship building skills\nPast experience in Management consulting with Consulting firms\nCertification in change management such as Prosci®, PCI®, etc will be an added advantage\n\nWhere are we hiring?
