Senior Knowledge Manager

We are looking for a Senior Manager to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of EXL's Bid processes while taking end-to-end ownership of the Highspot and Responsive platforms and leading strategic initiatives for the Growth Office. As the internal expert and primary point of contact for both platforms, the Senior Manager will be responsible for driving adoption, ensuring platform health, and aligning capabilities to evolving business needs. Working closely with EXL's global Bid & Solutioning community, the Senior Manager will lead process improvements and maximize the value delivered by Responsive, empowering sales and proposal teams across RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and buyer questions.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOwn the High spot and Responsive platforms end to end, including governance, configuration, and performance.\nLead the Bid & Solutioning transformation, driving process improvements and platform alignment to enhance the end-to-end bid lifecycle.\nChampion a Bid & Solutioning Community of Practice across EXL, bringing together Bid Managers and Subject Matter Experts to share knowledge, align on best practices, and drive continuous improvement in the bid and solutioning process\nDrive adoption across the organisation through targeted engagement, communication, and enablement strategies.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand business requirements, and translate them into platform improvements.\nTroubleshoot platform issues, managing resolution through to completion in a timely manner.\nLead change management efforts for process and platform updates, ensuring teams are informed, prepared, and supported through transitions.\nDesign and deliver training programmes to upskill users and embed best practices.\nPrograms manage platform changes, from scoping through to implementation and post-launch review.\nDevelop and maintain platform roadmaps, ensuring EXL is leveraging the latest features and technology advancements.\nIdentifies opportunities for innovation, driving new ideas and improvements\nManage vendor relationships for both platforms, acting as the primary liaison for escalations, contract reviews, and product/roadmap discussions.\nCollaborate with global technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nRepresent and promote Highspot and Responsive at EXL’s internal forums, championing their value across the business.\nLead, mentor, and develop a small team, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field\nProven experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally Highspot, Responsive, or similar sales enablement or proposal management tools.\nExperience in bid and solutioning processes, with an understanding of how technology and automation can transform the end-to-end bid lifecycle.\nDemonstrates a solid understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.\nExperience in change management, training delivery, and driving user adoption across large, distributed teams.\nDemonstrated people management experience, with the ability to build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.\nCommercially minded with the ability to develop strategic roadmaps aligned to business goals.\nHighly organised with strong project and programme management skills and attention to detail.
