The CEO and the company have ambitions to transform from a traditional healthcare services company to an integrated technology and services organization that serves an expanded set of customer segments and offers a more diverse set of products and services.\n\nROLE SUMMARY\nThis position is based out of the ­­­­­­­­­­­­Tirupati office, responsible for the following:\n\nReview HR operation effectiveness\nMonitoring the recruitment dashboard and new joiner onboarding, settling process\nExecuting vertical specific performance management framework initiative\nDefining periodic communication plan for the vertical to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness\nImprove employee engagement, ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to high performance culture within the organization\nEnsure policy adherence and implementation across the vertical\n\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nHR Operations\nReviews HR operation effectiveness at regular intervals by studying the performance outcome measures.\n\nNew Employee Onboarding\nEnsures smooth on boarding and implementing buddy programs.\nPlans and monitors better implementation across vertical to ensure better assimilation of new joiners into the organization\n\nPerformance Management:\nExecutes vertical specific performance management framework and initiatives.\nProgram manages the appraisal cycle, providing orientation to the first time appraises and collating survey feedback and giving input to the business for better performance review\n\nEmployee Development:\nCo-ordinate with different HR stakeholders to execute the development program for employees to build the competencies and skillsets of the employees\n\nEmployee Engagement:\nDefine periodic communication plan deploys the rewards and recognition program for the unit, ensure various connect programs to address employee concerns.\nProvide appropriate support for employee disciplinary process.\nMonitor and ensure effectiveness of grievance addressable mechanism.\nEmployee query handling, conceptualize and implement vertical specific engagement\nactivities.\n\nEmployee Governance:\nMonitor the employee governance process, intervenes wherever required to drive employee adherence to code of conduct.\nHR Analytics\nPublish monthly employee dashboards, highlight areas of focus, prepare and publish HR solutions initiatives.\nUsage of report effectively by building awareness and communication.\n\nClient Satisfaction:\nFulfilling the expectation from business by understanding their challenges and addressing it through various initiatives.
