Job Description

Job Overview\nArchitecture Design coordination manager responsible for design deliverables across all verticals across the industry.\nTo coordinate with external consultants and ensure accurate, error free deliverables are issued as per SOPs laid by the department aligning to the design brief.\nKey Responsibilities\n1.Checking the conformity of Provident Standards and Specifications fine tuning design based on past experiences and projects .\n2.Following up with liasoning persons, architects, authorities and various consultants to get Noc’s & sanction for the projects.\n3.To represent Moef / Seac presentation to get Noc required.\n4.Checking the correctness of sanction drawings and coordinating with consultants to get final submission dwgs.\n5. Review of Area statement ,Sale drawings and Agreement drawing with respect to sanction drawings.\n6.Co-ordination with external architects, consultants, vendors, interior consultants & site to get drawings in time schedule.\n7.Checking the correctness of drawings, design details of approval dwgs and give clearances for good for construction drawings & to receive sufficient copies as per ISO. The various drawings required for the project mentioned below.\na.

Architectural,.Structural,.Electrical,.Phe,.fire fighting and Fire protection , HVAC, Landscape, Interiors.,Vendor drawings.\n8. Issual of good for construction dwgs to various departments & site as per ISO procedures.\n9.Preparation of feasibility reports of new sites with presentations & drawings.\n10.Coordinate for preparation of Clubhouse house interiors design & drawings for execution for some projects.\n11.Material selection and to get approval from concerned.\n12. Coordinate for preparation of Landscape drawings & details to suit to sital requirements.\n13.

Preparation of Technical specification and to get approval from management & issual to various departments for execution.\n15.To attend weekly site visits to solve all design issues & site querries.\n16.To inspect & approve design samples and architectural details along with consultants.\n17.Certifying consultants bill upon completion of various drawing stages.\n18. Documentation of all the drawings & other documents as per ISO procedures.\n\n• Perform any other duties related to the nature of these functions.\nQualifications\no Education:\nGraduate Degree in B.Arch.\n• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and presentation in PPT added advantage.\n• Fluency in English (spoken and written).\n• Demonstrated teamwork skills\no Experience: Min 8 yrs of experience with 70% experience in consultants firms and added advantage would be having experience in builders firm.\nKey Competencies\no Time management and discipline\no Aggressive\no Good communication skills\no Passionate about work and is a continuous learning.
