Our flagship product, Hire2Retire, automates the employee identity lifecycle by integrating HR systems with Identity Management and other applications helping organizations achieve seamless onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and security with zero-trust and least-privilege security posture.\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior Development Test Engineer who can design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks while working closely with development teams to ensure high-quality, scalable software. This role requires strong coding skills, deep testing expertise, and the ability to influence quality practices across the SDLC.\n\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks (unit, integration, system, and regression tests)\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into detailed test cases, user stories, specifications, and workflows.\nReview requirements and design documents to ensure testability and quality coverage\nImplement CI/CD test automation and integrate tests into build pipelines\nIdentify, document, and track defects; work with teams to ensure timely resolution\nDrive best practices in testing, automation, and quality engineering\nAnalyze test results and provide clear quality metrics and reports\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n\nRequired Skills\n4+ years of experience in an SDET role with significant hands-on coding and test automation responsibilities.\nStrong programming skills in Java, Nodejs, Python, or similar languages\nExtensive experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, PyTest)\nSolid understanding of API testing (REST, GraphQL) and tools like Postman or REST-assured.\nExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)\nStrong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies\nExperience with version control systems (Git)\nExperience with performance and load testing (JMeter, Gatling, etc.)\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, proactively identifying problems and implementing solutions without heavy oversight\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills\n\nNice to have\nCloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)\nExperience testing microservices and distributed systems\nKnowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)\nSecurity testing awareness\n\nWhat We Offer\nCollaborative engineering culture\nLearning and growth opportunities
