Our mission is to bridge the gap between academia and industry by creating impactful learning experiences that strengthen professional capabilities, improve employability, and prepare individuals and organizations for the future of work.\n\nPosition Overview We are looking for an Institutional Sales Executive to drive university partnerships, institutional sales, and strategic academic collaborations for NetZeroX AI.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have prior experience working with universities, colleges, academic institutions, or EdTech organizations and possess an existing network of academic stakeholders. This role requires someone who is comfortable building relationships, creating opportunities, developing proposals, and converting institutional engagements into business partnerships.\n\nPlease note that this is a revenue-generating sales role and not a relationship management or coordination position.

The role carries clear business development and sales targets, with success measured by partnerships secured and revenue generated.\n\nKey Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop business opportunities with universities, colleges, higher education institutions, professional learning organizations, and training partners.\nBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including Vice Chancellors, Directors, Deans, Department Heads, Placement Cells, Continuing Education Departments, Academic Coordinators, and Academic Leadership Teams.\nDrive institutional sales of NetZeroX AI's practitioner-led programs, executive education offerings, self-paced learning solutions, mentorship initiatives, industry projects, capstone programs, and customized capability-building solutions.\nOwn the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development, stakeholder presentations, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.\nDevelop customized proposals, presentations, business cases, commercial offers, partnership documents, and institutional engagement plans tailored to client requirements.\nConduct meetings, workshops, product demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations to position NetZeroX AI as a preferred capability-building and learning partner.\nUnderstand institutional requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address academic and workforce development needs.\nBuild, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities through various stages of the sales process.\nLead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership agreements, and secure long-term institutional engagements.\nGenerate qualified leads and convert opportunities into revenue-generating partnerships.\nIdentify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling across existing institutional partnerships.\nPrepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, business development updates, and market intelligence reports for leadership review.\nRepresent NetZeroX AI at industry conferences, academic events, university engagements, networking forums, and partnership meetings.\nConsistently achieve agreed sales, partnership, and revenue targets.\n\nQualificationsEducational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.\nPreferred disciplines include Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Education, Engineering, or related fields.\n\nExperience 4–7 years of experience in institutional sales, university partnerships, academic outreach, higher education engagement, business development, or EdTech sales.\n\nPreferred Experience Experience working with universities, colleges, higher education institutions, skilling organizations, learning providers, or EdTech companies.\nExisting relationships with academic leaders, department heads, placement cells, training & placement offices, continuing education departments, and university administration.\nDemonstrated ability to build partnerships, develop business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.\n\nDesired Candidate Profile Strong network within universities and academic institutions.\nProven ability to open doors, build relationships, and generate business opportunities.\nStrong communication, presentation, proposal-writing, and negotiation skills.\nAbility to engage senior academic stakeholders and decision-makers.\nStrong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.\nSelf-motivated and comfortable working with ownership and accountability.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.\nStrong focus on execution and achieving measurable business outcomes.\n\nPerformance Expectations Success in this role will be measured through:\nRevenue generated from institutional partnerships.\nNumber of university and institutional partnerships secured.\nValue of contracts and engagements closed.\nAchievement of sales and business development targets.\nGrowth and quality of the sales pipeline.\nConversion of leads into long-term institutional relationships.\nCompensation will be aligned with the role, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance.\n\nImportant Note We are specifically looking for candidates with 4–7 years of relevant experience and meaningful exposure to academic institutions and university ecosystems.\nThis role requires an individual contributor who can actively engage institutions, build relationships, develop business opportunities, and drive commercial outcomes.
