If you have come through Big 4 or MBB and are ready to move in-house at a group level, this is the move.\n\nWhat You Will Own\n\nGovernance structures: RAID logs, steering committees, dashboards, escalation frameworks\nExecution tracking across multi-workstream transformation programmes\nC-suite reporting: decision papers, strategic updates, programme summaries\nCross-functional stakeholder alignment — business, technology, operations, finance\nVendor and technology team accountability across delivery dependencies\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nCurrently or previously Manager at Big 4, or Consultant / Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Booz, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, or Roland Berger\n8–15 years in transformation, PMO, consulting, or enterprise programme delivery\nProven personal ownership of a transformation or technology-enabled programme\nExecutive communication skills — you write and present at C-suite level\nTechnology-enabled environment experience: systems, dependencies, vendor management\nPMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred\n\nBased in Noida. Part of a globally active transformation function reporting into DAMAC Group's MD Office.
